Description

The L6008A controller features a remote temperature sensing element that detects and responds rapidly to temperature changes, ensuring accurate control of boiler or tank temperatures. It is equipped with a totally enclosed Micro Switch™ snap-acting switch that operates on temperature rise to the setpoint. The visible control point scale and external adjustment screw permit easy setting of desired temperatures. The controller allows for horizontal or vertical mounting of the remote element into a boiler, tank, or other container, with the case mounting to a vertical surface. The L6008A is suitable for applications requiring temperature regulation within a range of 100°F to 240°F (38°C to 116°C), with an adjustable differential of 5°F to 30°F (3°C to 17°C). It includes a 66-inch capillary tube, facilitating flexible installation.
