The 2755-SN5 Series B reader operates at a scanning speed of 500 scans per second, ensuring rapid and accurate barcode data capture. Its design integrates both the scanning mechanism and decoding functionality, streamlining installation and reducing the need for additional components. The device offers point-to-point and network communication options, enabling seamless integration with diverse systems and networks. Configuration and monitoring are simplified through the AdaptaScan Configuration Software, a Windows-based application that allows for quick setup and real-time monitoring. An auto-focus feature further enhances setup efficiency by automatically adjusting the focus during installation. Notably, the Series B version introduces a new programming port connector, necessitating the use of the 2755-NC48 programming cable, which is incompatible with the Series A reader.
