The FS8003-38 employs advanced Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) technology to deliver high sensitivity and minimal pressure drop in air flow measurements. It operates within a flow range of 0 to 6 SLPM, providing a non-linear analog voltage output from 0.5 to 4.5 VDC corresponding to the flow rate. The sensor requires an 8 to 24 VDC power supply and consumes a maximum current of 17 mA. Its robust construction withstands working pressures up to 0.5 MPa and operates within temperatures from 0 to +55°C. Calibrated for air at 20°C and 101.325 kPa, the FS8003-38 ensures precise and reliable performance in industrial and instrumentation applications.
