The RL23-8-H-2000-IR/49/92 sensor utilizes modulated infrared light to detect objects while effectively suppressing background interference. This feature makes it suitable for applications requiring reliable object detection in complex settings. The sensor offers adjustable background suppression, allowing customization of the detection range to suit specific requirements. It includes a programming switch for selecting light-on or dark-on operation modes and a sensing range adjuster for precise configuration. The sensor's sturdy plastic housing and scratch-resistant glass optical surface provide resilience against harsh industrial conditions.
