The Rosemount 228-02-21-56-61 sensor utilizes a toroidal design, eliminating direct contact between the sensor electrodes and the process fluid. This design enhances durability and reduces maintenance in challenging environments. The sensor is constructed with glass-filled PEEK material, suitable for standard temperature applications up to 248 °F (120 °C). It features a ¾-inch MNPT process connection for easy installation and includes a 20-foot (6.1 m) shielded cable to minimize electromagnetic interference.
