Description

The Indumax CLS54D sensor utilizes inductive (toroidal) conductivity measurement principles, making it ideal for applications requiring strict hygiene standards. Its seamless, crevice-free design, constructed from food-grade virgin PEEK material, ensures compliance with stringent sanitary requirements. The sensor is equipped with Memosens digital technology, providing robust data transmission and facilitating predictive maintenance. It is suitable for processes such as phase separation, CIP (Cleaning in Place) control, and concentration monitoring of cleaning agents.

  • Cell Constant (k): 6.3 1/cm
  • Process Temperature: -10 °C to 125 °C (14 °F to 257 °F); sterilization up to 150 °C (302 °F) for a maximum of 60 minutes
  • Process Pressure: Up to 13 bar abs at 90 °C (188.5 psi abs at 194 °F); up to 9 bar at 125 °C (130.5 psi abs at 257 °F)
