The Smartec CLD132 system utilizes inductive (toroidal) conductivity measurement principles, making it ideal for applications with high conductivity media and rapid temperature changes. Its hygienic design, featuring a polished stainless steel housing and a seamless PEEK sensor, minimizes contamination risks and supports CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) processes. The system offers a measurement range from 100 µS/cm to 2,000 mS/cm, with a maximum process temperature of 125°C (257°F) and a process pressure of up to 12 bar (174 psi). The integrated stainless steel temperature sensor ensures fast response times, enhancing measurement accuracy during phase separations and CIP return monitoring.
