Edwards IPV25EKS Solenoid Vacuum Valve

The Edwards IPV25EKS is an electromagnetic vacuum valve suitable for vacuum pipeline systems down to 1 x 10⁻⁹ mbar. Its bellows-sealed design ensures high reliability and minimal leakage, with a leak rate of less than 1 x 10⁻⁹ mbar l/s. The valve operates with a single-acting mechanism, electrically opened and spring-closed, utilizing a double-wound coil combined with an electronic switching circuit for low energy consumption and extended operating life. The IPV25EKS is constructed with an AISI304 stainless steel body and AISI316L stainless steel bellows, ensuring durability and compatibility with various industrial environments. It features ISO-KF NW25 flange connections for easy integration into vacuum systems. The valve is rated for an operating pressure range from 1 x 10⁻⁹ to 2000 mbar and can handle a maximum pressure differential of 1000 mbar during opening and closing. The enclosure has an IP55 rating, providing protection against dust and water ingress. The IPV25EKS is designed for ambient operating temperatures between 5°C and 45°C and has a mean time to failure (MTTF) of up to 500,000 cycles, indicating high reliability in demanding applications.
