Description

The Festo VAL-1/8-10 height compensator is engineered to integrate with vacuum suction cups, offering a 10 mm compensation stroke. This feature allows for the absorption of excess travel from handling units and compensates for tolerance differences in workpiece thickness, ensuring precise and gentle manipulation. The device is constructed with a vacuum connection at the top, utilizing a G1/8 thread for both the suction cup mounting and vacuum connection. It operates effectively within a pressure range of -0.95 to 8 bar and an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 60°C. The housing is made from aluminum, with seals composed of NBR, ensuring durability and compliance with RoHS standards.
