Description

The CRANE 33XUF-060 gate valve is engineered for applications requiring minimal pressure drop and dependable shut-off capabilities. Featuring a flexible wedge disc, it compensates for body deformation due to pipe stress, ensuring consistent sealing performance. The valve's body is constructed from ASTM A216 Grade WCB carbon steel, providing durability and resistance to high temperatures and pressures. The seat ring is seal welded to eliminate potential leak paths, enhancing the valve's integrity. With an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) design, the valve allows for easy visual indication of the valve position. Flanged end connections facilitate straightforward installation and integration into existing piping systems. This valve is suitable for steam, gas, and general services up to 1000°F, as well as oil and oil vapor services up to 100°F.
