The ROSS Y1523C6002 is part of the 15 Series Lockout L-O-X® valves, featuring a distinctive yellow body and red handle for clear identification of ON/OFF positions. This 3/2 manual valve is constructed with a stainless steel spool and fluorocarbon seals, ensuring durability and reliable performance. It operates within a pressure range of 0 to 300 psig (0 to 20.7 bar) and is suitable for filtered air media. The valve includes full-size exhaust ports, equal to or larger than the supply ports, allowing rapid exhaust of downstream air. These ports are threaded for silencers or remote exhaust lines. The design permits locking only in the OFF (closed) position, enhancing safety during maintenance. An integrated sensing port is available for pressure verification, compatible with visual pop-up indicators or electrical pressure switches.
