Description

The RN 081 utilizes a radial riveting process, generating pneumatic force ranging from 0.8 kN to 2.4 kN, suitable for rivet shank diameters up to 4 mm in steel (370 N/mm²). It features a spindle stroke adjustable between 2 mm and 25 mm, with a 0.01 mm scale and mechanical stroke limit for precise control. The machine's compact design, with dimensions of 554 mm (width), 371 mm (depth), and 531 mm (height), and a weight of approximately 50 kg, facilitates easy integration into various workstations. Equipped with an electro-pneumatic drive and a permanently lubricated spindle, the RN 081 ensures reliable and maintenance-friendly operation. The standard version includes a column with height adjustment and table, pressure cup, tool holder, and a light grey RAL 7035 finish.
