Description
The 1794-APB adapter facilitates communication between FLEX I/O modules and PROFIBUS DP master controllers, supporting data rates up to 12 Mbps. Operating within a 19.2 to 31.2V DC input voltage range, it consumes a maximum of 400 mA and provides up to 640 mA at 5V DC to the connected I/O modules. The module accommodates up to 8 FLEX I/O modules, offering flexibility in system design. LED indicators for status and PROFIBUS communication provide at-a-glance diagnostics, ensuring reliable operation. The 1794-APB is UL Listed for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations, certified for use in the U.S. and Canada.
