Description

The 1747-SDN Series C module facilitates integration between SLC 500 processors and DeviceNet-compatible devices, supporting up to 63 nodes. It manages data exchange through strobe, poll, change-of-state, and cyclic messaging, ensuring timely and reliable communication. The module is compatible with SLC 5/02 and higher processors, providing flexibility in system design. Series C enhancements include increased ADR user memory space from 64K to 256K and support for online scanlist changes in run mode, allowing for dynamic updates without halting operations. The module also supports the Scanner CCV attribute, optimizing performance with RSNetWorx.
