Description

The 1746-OV8 module offers eight sinking output channels, each capable of handling a current load of up to 1.0 A, with a total module current capacity of 8.0 A. It operates within a voltage range of 10 to 50V DC, making it suitable for controlling a variety of DC-powered devices. The module features optical isolation between the field side and the logic circuitry, enhancing noise immunity and protecting the controller from voltage transients. Its compact design allows for easy installation into the SLC 500 chassis, and it supports standard wiring practices for seamless integration into existing systems.
