The BioTek ELx808 Microplate Reader is a highly accurate absorbance reader for 96-well plates, supporting a wavelength range of 380 to 900 nm, making it versatile for assays such as ELISA, enzyme kinetics, and cell proliferation studies. Equipped with a 4-Zone™ incubation system, it provides precise temperature control up to 50°C, essential for temperature-sensitive assays. The ELx808 also features a linear shaking mechanism, staggered optical design to prevent crosstalk, and advanced on-board data analysis with various curve-fitting options. With a reading speed of 96 wells in 8 seconds in kinetic mode, it ensures fast and reliable results, making it a trusted choice for laboratories focused on reproducible data and operational efficiency.
