Description

The SHIMADZU GC-17A is a digitally controlled gas chromatograph that offers precise parameter control necessary for the most demanding applications. It ensures that all operating parameters are set reproducibly, including carrier gas flow, split ratio, all heated zone temperatures, detector combustion and make-up gas flows, and detector output range and current. The instrument supports multiple detectors, such as Flame Ionization Detector (FID) and Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD), providing detection limits down to 1 pg for FID and 0.1 ppm for TCD. The GC-17A features a split/splitless injector, offering flexibility in sample introduction and analysis. It boasts a rapid oven heating rate, significantly reducing analysis time. The system is controlled via user-friendly software, offering precise control and data management. Its robust design and advanced features make it an ideal choice for petrochemical, environmental, and pharmaceutical applications.
