Description

The SRD6484D interlocked receptacle integrates a built-in switch that automatically operates when the plug is inserted or withdrawn. This design ensures that the plug and receptacle contacts engage before the switch closes and open after the switch opens, preventing arcing in hazardous environments. Constructed from copper-free aluminum with brass contacts, it offers durability and corrosion resistance. The threaded cap provides additional protection when the receptacle is not in use.
