Description

The 20-COMM-D Series B adapter enables seamless communication between PowerFlex 7-Class drives and DeviceNet networks. It supports various configuration tools, including the PowerFlex Human Interface Module (HIM) and Connected Components Workbench software, allowing for flexible setup and monitoring. The adapter features user-defined fault actions to determine responses to I/O messaging disruptions and controllers in idle mode. It also supports faulted node recovery, permitting device configuration even when faulted on the network. The adapter is compatible with PowerFlex 70, 700, 700H, 700S, 700L, and Digital DC drives, as well as SMC™ Flex and SMC-50 smart motor controllers. For PowerFlex 750-Series drives, the 20-750-DNET DeviceNet option module is recommended.
