Description

Manufactured by Leuze, a leader in sensor technology, the FRK 78/7-800-24-48V utilizes infrared LED light to detect objects within a range of 50 to 800 mm. Its background suppression capability ensures accurate detection by distinguishing between target objects and background surfaces. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 24-48 V AC/DC and features a digital switching output with a relay contact that can be configured as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). With a switching frequency of 20 Hz, it is suitable for various automation tasks. The robust metal housing, made of die-cast aluminum, provides durability in demanding industrial environments. The sensor's compact dimensions (38 mm x 127 mm x 99 mm) and IP65 protection rating make it adaptable to diverse installation requirements.
