The TLu-745 contrast sensor utilizes a white LED light source to detect subtle contrasts between different surfaces or marks. It is designed to work with fiber optics, enhancing its versatility in various industrial settings. The sensor provides a very short response time, ensuring precise synchronization in high-speed machinery. Its microprocessor-based setting can be configured via 'Teach-in' using two push-buttons or 'Remote' by cable, allowing for quick adaptation to different materials and colors. The sensor also includes the capability to memorize and quickly retrieve up to four different formats, enhancing its adaptability in dynamic production environments.
