Description

The FS-3 Series flow switches are engineered for precise flow detection in clean air environments. Constructed primarily from Noryl®, with all wetted materials compliant with FDA or NSF standards, these switches are ideal for applications requiring stringent material compatibility. The 165841-AIR model is calibrated for air flow rates, actuating at 1 CFM and deactivating at 2.6 CFM, ensuring accurate monitoring within this range. Its ultra-compact design allows for easy integration into systems with limited space. The device features a 1/4" male NPT port for straightforward installation and is equipped with SPST, normally open (N.O.) switch contacts rated at 20 VA, suitable for both AC and DC operations. Operating within a temperature range of 0°F to 212°F (-18°C to 100°C) and a pressure rating of up to 150 PSI at 70°F (50 PSI at 212°F), the FS-3 Series is versatile for various industrial environments. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use filtration of 50 microns or better.
