Brad SST SST-ASI-SLC Communication Module

The SST-ASI-SLC module enables seamless connectivity between SLC 500 PLCs and AS-i networks, supporting two independent AS-i channels. Each channel can manage up to 62 AS-i slave devices, allowing for a total of 124 devices. The module is compliant with AS-Interface specification 3.0, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of AS-i devices. It features flash memory for storing the AS-i master I/O configuration and integrates AS-i I/O data directly into the SLC processor’s I/O files, simplifying system setup and operation. The SST-ASI-SLC is designed for easy installation into the SLC backplane and supports configuration via RSLogix 500 software.
