It includes multiple communication ports: one fixed Data Highway Plus (DH+) port, one configurable DH+/Remote I/O port (adapter or scanner), and one serial port configurable for RS-232, RS-423, or RS-422A standards. It supports ladder logic programming and offers features like subroutines for recurring program sections, diagnostics, and discrete control.
