Description
The MP-1000 PourMatic streamlines the process of preparing agar plates by automating the dispensing and stacking of Petri dishes. It accommodates 60 mm and 100 mm dishes, filling up to 320 plates per carousel. The system features a peristaltic pump for precise agar dispensing, adjustable dispensing volumes, and a carousel for organized stacking. It operates in continuous and batch modes, with audible and visual signals for operational status and errors. The unit includes a germicidal lamp for sterility and a dust cover to prevent contamination. Its compact design requires only 20 inches (52 cm) of bench space.
