It features a Proportional/Integral (PI) microprocessor controller with instantaneous digital feedback, allowing for accurate speed control ranging from 50 to 400 rpm. Temperature control is achieved over a range of 7°C above ambient to 60°C, with an accuracy of ±0.25°C. The shaker can operate continuously or in a timed mode, with programmable timer settings from 0.1 hours to 99.9 hours. Safety features include a lid safety switch that automatically stops the shaker mechanism when the lid is lifted.
