The 1771-IND module converts AC or DC signals from field devices into logic-level inputs for the PLC system. It supports a nominal input voltage of 24V AC at 50/60 Hz or 24V DC, with an input impedance of 0.68 µF in parallel with 6.28 kΩ (3.9 kΩ at 60 Hz) in series with 100 Ω. The module features 16 input points, each equipped with red status indicators for easy monitoring. A green "Module Active" indicator provides overall status. The 1771-IND is compatible with various 1771 I/O chassis models, including 1771-A1B, -A2B, -A3B, -A3B1, -A4B, -AM1, and -AM2.
