Description

The Dynamelt S2N2P122 is part of ITW Dynatec's "S" Series hot melt adhesive supply units. It features a computer-controlled system with a user-friendly, icon-based control panel available in multiple languages, facilitating international operation. The unit is equipped with a microprocessor temperature controller that accurately manages the adhesive temperature across multiple zones, supporting up to six hoses and six heads. This precise control ensures consistent adhesive application, enhancing product quality and reducing waste. The Dynamelt S2N2P122 incorporates a patented Melt-On-Demand™ hopper grid, which melts only the adhesive required for the application. This design minimizes adhesive degradation and charring, extends adhesive life, and reduces energy consumption by decreasing heater duty cycles. The unit is available with either piston or gear pumps, offering flexibility to meet specific application needs. Additionally, it includes self-diagnostic features and provides warnings and alarms for operator errors and system malfunctions, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
