The SRU2/013/HS is part of Alfa Laval's SRU series of rotary lobe pumps, engineered for hygienic applications requiring low-shear pumping action. Constructed with 316L stainless steel for all wetted parts, it ensures high corrosion resistance and meets stringent sanitary standards. The pump features a robust cast iron gearbox, providing maximum shaft rigidity and easy maintenance. Its modular design allows for flexibility in installation, with options for horizontal or vertical porting. The SRU2/013/HS is capable of handling flow rates up to 106 m³/h and pressures up to 20 bar, making it suitable for a wide range of viscosities and applications. It is also designed to accommodate Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) processes, ensuring compliance with hygienic standards.
