The Millex-FG Vent Filter features a 0.2 µm pore size hydrophobic PTFE membrane, providing broad chemical compatibility and efficient filtration of gases and organic solutions. With a 50 mm diameter and a filtration area of 19.6 cm², it ensures high flow rates and low back pressure. The filter is equipped with stepped hose barb connections (1/4 to 1/2 inch) and female Luer slip interiors on both inlet and outlet, facilitating easy integration into various systems. It is autoclavable up to 10 times, ensuring sterility and reusability. The Millex-FG is ideal for applications such as sterilizing gases, vacuum line protection, venting sterile containers, and sterilizing or clarifying organic solutions.
