The 1492-SP1D040, part of Allen-Bradley's 1492-SP series, is a thermal-magnetic supplementary protector engineered to safeguard equipment from overcurrent conditions. It features a Type D trip curve, suitable for applications with high inrush currents, such as transformers and large motors. This MCB is rated for a maximum voltage of 277V AC and offers a breaking capacity of 10 kA. It is designed for DIN rail mounting, facilitating easy installation in control panels. Notably, Rockwell Automation announced that as of April 30, 2014, the 1492-SP1D040 was discontinued and is no longer available for sale.
