Description
Part of the PHOTOSWITCH® Series 6000, the 42SRP-6002-QD is engineered to detect objects within a range of up to 760 mm (30 inches) using a standard diffuse sensing mode. It operates on a 10-30V DC power supply and features both NPN (sinking) and PNP (sourcing) output configurations, providing flexibility for various control systems. The sensor emits an 880 nm infrared light, ensuring accurate detection across different materials and surfaces. Its compact design allows for easy installation in space-constrained environments, and the 4-pin micro quick-disconnect facilitates straightforward connectivity. A four-turn sensitivity adjustment potentiometer enables precise tuning to specific application requirements.
