Description

The EXP1-10 CR is engineered to safely recover combustible and conductive dusts, as well as flammable liquids, in hazardous locations. Its single-phase, explosion-proof motor ensures safe operation in environments with volatile substances. The vacuum features an ULPA filter with an efficiency of 99.999% at 0.12 microns, ensuring the capture of ultra-fine particles. Constructed from stainless steel Type 304, it offers durability and ease of decontamination. The unit is mounted on a 4-wheel dolly with static dissipative wheels for easy maneuverability within cleanroom settings. Additionally, it includes a carbon cartridge containing 18 lb (8 kg) of activated carbon pellets for the adsorption of toxic or noxious fumes and vapors.
