Description
The Waters 2487 detector is designed for HPLC applications that require sensitive UV/Vis detection. It provides dual-wavelength monitoring, allowing simultaneous detection at two user-defined wavelengths, enhancing productivity and analyte information. Its TaperSlit™ Flow Cell design improves energy throughput and minimizes refractive index effects, ensuring high sensitivity across the wavelength range. Equipped with Lamp Optimization Software, it extends lamp life by maximizing the signal-to-noise ratio. This detector also supports advanced programming, enabling time-based method setups with full parameter control, storing up to ten methods with multiple steps each.
