Description

The DCD60X3/6 is the smallest model in Control Techniques' Mini Maestro family of DC brushed servo drives. It operates with a DC input voltage range of 24 to 72 volts, delivering a nominal current of 3 amps and a peak current of 6 amps for up to 2 seconds. The drive features a high switching frequency, ensuring near-silent operation, and offers switch-selectable feedback modes, including tachogenerator or armature feedback, to accommodate different motor configurations. Users can independently adjust acceleration and deceleration ramps to fine-tune performance for specific applications. The DCD60X3/6 also includes a plug-in customization module for precise setup and LED indicators for straightforward diagnostics. Built-in protections guard against under-voltage (below 20V) and over-voltage (above 80V) conditions, enhancing the drive's reliability in demanding environments.
