Description

The Model 1054A analyzer, when paired with appropriate sensors, offers precise monitoring and control of critical process variables. Housed in a NEMA 4X (IP65) weatherproof, corrosion-resistant, and flame-retardant enclosure, it is suitable for panel, pipe, or wall mounting. The front panel features a membrane keyboard with tactile feedback, allowing easy access to all functions. The display provides real-time readings in engineering units, including temperature, alarm status, hold output, and fault conditions. The analyzer transmits an isolated current output, which is continuously expandable over the measurement range for either direct or reverse action. A hold output function facilitates manual control during routine sensor maintenance, maintaining the output at a preset or last process value. Continuous self-diagnostics alert users to potential issues, and automatic buffer recognition simplifies calibration by identifying buffers and calculating electrode slope using stored pH-temperature curves for ten common buffers. Dual alarms are programmable for either high or low operation, enhancing process control and safety.
